Hi, I’m Tinell Dickens, the founder of 1 Woman Movement, a platform dedicated to empowering women all over the world. As a Certified Life, Mindset, and Transformational Coach, I’m truly passionate about the power of personal growth and the transformation that coaching can bring.
I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who knows firsthand how hard it can be to balance personal dreams with the demands of everyday life. That’s why I’m here—to help you find that balance, push past the barriers holding you back, and step confidently into your purpose.
